Charlie Burkley is a comic, and generally too loud of a person, who hails originally from Goshen, IN. He found his comedic calling amidst the vibrant energy of Goshen’s resident improv troupe, GoProv, in 2017. While not playing as often with GoProv, Charlie has taken more to playing with himself since he began performing stand-up comedy in 2021.

With a knack for tickling funny bones, Charlie has taken his show across the Midwest, including Go Bananas Comedy Club in Cincinnati, Helium Comedy Club in Indianapolis, and Summit City Comedy Club in Fort Wayne. He’s had the privilege to open up for the likes of Sean Shank, Nervous Vurn & Munchie from Bob & Tom, Wyatt Lutz, Koffe Black, Justin Pedick, Ree Ledbetter, and Jenni Rodriguez. When he’s not traveling, he can often be found at open mics across Northern Indiana, as well as The Underground Laugh Lounge in Niles, MI and DIY Comedy in Elkhart, IN.

His former sociology professor described his act as, “brash, vulgar, insightful, profane, and definitely not appropriate for class… but very funny.” With each joke and punchline, Charlie continues to captivate audiences with his distinct comedic style. As always Charlie ends his bio by thanking his 7th grade drama teacher for forcing him to audition for the fall play and sparking his love for performing… It's the world’s problem now.
